My research examines how technology can be designed to expand human agency, support informed decision-making, and improve wellbeing in complex real-world contexts. Grounded in human-centered design, my work integrates system development, user research, and empirical evaluation to create technologies that are not only functional and intelligent, but also usable, trustworthy, and responsive to social, cultural, and ethical considerations.
